DO YOU PROVIDE BOTH MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION?
Yes! AEC manufactures certain products. For all others, we order the specified material, fabricate, and install.
DO YOU OFFER SHOP DRAWINGS OR SUBMITTALS?
Yes. Samples, product data, and shop drawings are provided by AEC once a project is awarded/under contract. This process is usually about 2 weeks.
CAN YOU WORK WITH TIGHT DEADLINES OR FAST-TRACK SCHEDULES?
Yes. We do our best to accommodate special requests, tight deadlines, and schedule changes when necessary.
DO YOU FABRICATE CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
Yes! “The Shop” is home to our banquette and NIC divisions. All custom architectural pieces, lighting elements, art installations, etc. are made here – alongside our banquette and upholstery team. Learn more here.

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?
- For Project bids: 1-2 weeks (on average)
- Shop drawings: 1-2 weeks (on average)
- Production and installation timelines are dependent on product/scope and size of project. Lead times will be given at the time of bid.
WHO WILL I BE WORKING WITH?
During the design and pricing stage, you’ll work with someone from our sales and estimating team.
Once the project is ready to move into production, a Project Manager will take over as your main point of contact.
