“Corgan Architects wants a wall of paper airplanes with pictures of employees on them?!” ....Sure, we can do that! It started out as aluminum “folded” airplanes, which we knew would be pricey. We searched around for something off-the-shelf to give some cost savings. Well, we found door stops! No joke! On the wondrous world wide web, we found vinyl door stops shaped to look like paper airplanes. It was the perfect solution! Corgan’s designers gave it a thumbs up and the General Contractor said we have a "go." But wait! The doorstops have been discontinued! We immediately jumped on the phone, and web, and ordered them from every source we could get our hands on. 202 planes later we had what we needed for the planes to go on the wall. Corgan designed the employee headshots to match up perfectly with the folds and edges, then AEC printed the headshots on vinyl and applied them to the planes.

Now that’s the way to make a project fly!
